Due to the custom nature of our products:

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if we made an error on our end (wrong item, design, or print issue), we’re happy to help!
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must email us within 24 hours of delivery

Include clear photos showing the issue

Provide your order number in the email
Once reviewed and approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible

Normal wear and tear, washing issues, or minor variations in color/print placement are not considered defects
